This has actually taken FOREVER to post. I made this video about a month ago. I was never able to upload my 166MB file over someone else’s wifi…it was going to take a few hours. So I finally got my own connection and the connection speed is fairly decent tonight, so figured I’d try. This time it’ll only take 75 minutes! Gotta love it. Back home it would’ve been done in about 10-15. So here it is, finally.
I bought a cacao (chocolate) pod the other week near my house. I was so happy! I just had to do a video to show people what it’s all about. I can’t post it on wordpress without paying $60…and considering that will buy me a bag and a half of friggin groceries, I posted it on youtube instead 😉 here’s the link: http://youtu.be/u66P0E3tAkw
Apparently I live near quite a few cacao farms. If I got out more, I’d know how to find them. Cacao is SOOOO good for you so I’m going to snag them when I can. A guy who sells fruits and veggies near my house usually has them, which is where I got this one. The beans fill me up and are full of antioxidants which is good for my aging skin (maybe even sunspots!?) and are chock full of vitamins and minerals. It’s really amazing what this awesome fruit can do. I’m happy to have found it. There are a lot of chocolate places around here. I bought a bar recently and the best part was walking into the air conditioned room they kept them in! Ha ha…first time I’ve felt a/c since I’ve been here! I wanted to move in.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the video. I sure do twitch my eyebrow a lot. Weirdo. Why hasn’t anyone told me that before???
About the “twitching” which isn’t. That’s “expression”. Its what keeps people from looking like they have botox treatments. It’s what makes you look interesting. Please don’t stop “twitching”. You look great!

Didn’t notice any twitching, loved the video and next time we buy a cocoa pod, I’m eating the whole seed.

Ha! Thanks! That video was done almost a month ago so I know I’m even skinner now! I’ll have to find something else to do one on so you can compare. I’ll go catch a lizard or something. But NOT that spider!!!
I have seen the processing of the pods to make chocolate. Didn’t know you could eat them raw? Does it taste like chocolate at all? Doesn’t bother your stomach? Brows weren’t bad.
Nope, nothing like chocolate. It’s the sugar that’s added and usually milk I believe that makes the chocolate you know of. Didn’t have any problems with my stomach. They taste like some kind of nut…but I can’t put my finger on exactly which kind. Great stuff!
